Michael A. Noonan has been practicing law since 1977 and is the founding partner of Noonan & Noonan, LLC.


He is a 1968 graduate of the United States Military Academy (B.S.); 1977 graduate of Capital University Law School (J.D.); and a 1981 graduate of Vanderbilt University (M. Ed.).


Before entering into private practice, he worked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office (1977-1983) and as Assistant to the President for Frostburg State University (1983-1988).


Among various affiliations, he is a member of the Allegany County and Maryland State Bar Associations; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; NORML; and Past President, Chapter 172, Vietnam Veterans of America [LTC., JAG, Army Reserve, Retired]. He has an extensive background in criminal and family law with over 30 years of litigation experience. He has a wife and son, and is committed to many philanthropic endeavors.

Beau A. Noonan is a 2008 graduate of Capital University Law School. Beau was admitted to the Maryland Bar in June 2008 and the West Virginia Bar in October of 2008. Beau received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 2000. In addition, Beau is a 1996 graduate of the former Beall High School in Frostburg, MD.

 

Beau is a member of the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations as well as the Allegany County Criminal Defense Bar.

 

Before joining Noonan & Noonan, LLC, Beau worked in Seattle, Chicago, Boston, and Columbus in various business fields. He has also worked intermittently for many years as a law clerk for his father. Beau returned to the area to work with his father, be close to family, and pursue his love of outdoor activities. Beau is committed to philanthropy and will continue to volunteer his time with community service organizations.
